Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Service Manager (Public Safety Solutions).
Title:Service Manager (Public Safety Solutions)
Job type: Fulltime/Contract on W2
Location:Dallas, TX (Remote)
Duration: 12 Months As aSoftware Engineer, you will : - Serve as the primary liaison for the overall Customer service experience and service relationship, ensuring continuity and satisfaction.
- Act as the escalation lead for 9-1-1-related concerns, providing a formalized and rapid resolution path.
- Set clear expectations with Customers for issue resolution timelines.
- Conduct regular strategic stewardship and governance meetings to review performance metrics, share insights, and strengthen Customer relationships.
- Develop and implement service action plans to address and resolve chronic and emerging service issues quickly.
- Manage escalations and act as the intervention point for fault reporting and repair beyond normal processes.
- Deliver after-event reports for qualifying outages and provide comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA) and reason for outage (RFO) documentation.
- Monitor and report on key service metrics, including ticket volumes, resolution times, and mean time to repair (MTTR).
- Coordinate 9-1-1 escalation lists biannually and assist with move/add/change (MAC) activities related to 9-1-1 service management.
An ideal candidate should have: - 911 systems management, Troubleshooting, customer service and MTTR.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: Between $50- $60 per hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
