As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the area using a company or client vehicle as required. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, responding to situations with professionalism and clear communication. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or customers with inquiries and directions while maintaining a professional presence.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols for access control, visitor management, and emergency response.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
