Warehouse Associate – Day & Evening Shifts Available – Temp-to-Hire – Highland, NY
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule Options:

• Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Evening Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Openings: 2 (1 Day Shift, 1 Evening Shift) About the Role:
Join a growing manufacturing team in Highland, NY as a Warehouse Associate . This hands-on role supports production by safely storing materials and accurately picking parts based on job orders. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to grow with a company, we want to hear from you.
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Pick materials accurately based on job orders and production schedules
• Report material shortages to team leads
• Organize and label inventory correctly
• Stock warehouse shelves and maintain clean storage areas
• Perform ERP system transactions in line with company procedures

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Prior warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Strong communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 75 lbs
• Stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift
• Safely use ladders, step stools, and power equipment (with proper licensing)
• Work in a noisy manufacturing and warehouse environment

Safety & PPE:

• Safety glasses required
• Additional protective equipment provided per company policy
