*What You’ll Do*
* Capture top-quality real estate media, with an emphasis on videography and drone footage, for properties across Maui.
* Take breathtaking photos, videos, drone shots, and 3D tours to showcase island properties at their best.
* Build strong relationships by engaging with real estate agents and homeowners, providing a friendly and professional experience.
* Set your own schedule and book shoots around your other commitments or client work.
* Travel to various properties on the island to capture media.
* Upload your raw footage to our team – no editing or post-production required!
*Who We’re Looking For*We’re looking for talented creatives who:
* Are experienced in videography and have a passion for drone photography/videography.
* Love capturing beautiful visuals and take pride in delivering exceptional work.
* Are outgoing and enjoy connecting with real estate agents, homeowners, and clients.
* Thrive in a flexible work environment and enjoy traveling across Maui.

*Requirements*
* 1-2 years of experience in videography and photography.
* Excellent conversation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and homeowners.
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality media.
* A professional and dependable attitude with a willingness to improve continuously.
* Reliable transportation for traveling to shoot locations.
*Bonus Points For*
* Owning a drone and being FAA Part 107 certified.
* Owning a full-frame mirrorless camera (Sony a7iii or similar) and a wide-angle lens.
* Experience using gimbals for stabilized video shots.
