Senior Recruiter (contract to hire) at Jerry.ai. This is a contract-to-hire role reporting to a cofounder and working with senior leaders across the organization.

About The Opportunity

Reporting to one of our cofounders, you will partner with senior leaders and own our most critical searches across various business functions. At Jerry.ai, recruiters shape the future of the company. This is a full-time contract position with an opportunity for permanent employment contingent on performance.

Jerry.ai is building the first super app to help people save time and money on car ownership. Since 2019 we have grown to 5M+ customers, raised $240M in funding, scaled revenue 60X, and expanded to 7 countries with a team of about 225.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across areas including product management, software engineering, data science, business operations, design & research, growth, legal, people operations, and finance.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiting team members.
  • Continuously review and iterate on recruiting practices to balance quality and efficiency.

Ideal Profile
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with progressively complex searches.
  • Prior experience at fast-growth startups recruiting for product management, product design, or business operations is preferred.
  • Proven track record in a high-velocity, outcome-driven environment.
  • Bachelors Degree.
