Salary: $87,100 - 157,450 per year Requirements:

• I have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience in a Section 508 capacity.
• I possess experience with the DoD Section 508 program.
• I have knowledge of industry efforts to increase accessibility of information for disabled individuals.
• I have experience in formulating policy, guidelines, and training materials.
• I have solid knowledge of SharePoint and collaboration tools.
• I am proficient in working with high Government officials.
• I have solid presentation skills and the ability to develop presentation charts.
• I can work both independently and as part of a team.
• I am a U.S. citizen with an active Secret security clearance.

• I will provide knowledge regarding Department-wide policy guidance and oversight for federally mandated Section 508 implementation.
• I will evaluate the Department’s level of compliance in creating Section 508-compliant Electronic & Information Technology (EIT).
• I will provide recommendations on improving the DOD CIO's efforts to develop, procure, and maintain solutions that enhance the accessibility of the DOD EIT environment.

I am excited to announce that the Leidos Digital Modernization team is looking for a Senior Accessibility Analyst who will serve as a subject matter expert for the accessibility of DoD information for individuals with disabilities, in accordance with DoD Section 508. This position is 50% hybrid, and I must be within commuting distance of The Mark Center to work in the office two to three days per week. The pay range for this position is $87,100.00 - $157,450.00, which serves as a general guideline and may vary depending on several factors.
