Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Social Worker for the upcoming school year in a school setting located near Aurora, IL. This role offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, providing a structured environment to make a meaningful impact on student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) supported by data analysis.
• Collaborate with teachers to address student behavioral challenges effectively.
• Utilize expertise in behavior programming and assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, Socially Savvy, ABBLS, Vineland, Functional Analysis, and Kindergarten Readiness Assessments.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 meetings to support student needs.
• Implement one-on-one and small group interventions.
• Liaise with social workers and external providers to coordinate Social Emotional Learning (SEL) goals and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Education or Special Education.
• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL).
• Previous school experience is preferred.
• Capable of administering specialized assessments and behavior programming.
