This is a fully remote position.
• Utilizes creative sourcing and Talent Acquisition strategies to identify and attract new, talent across several different domains
• Acts as an advisor to hiring managers, partnering closely with them, holding regular meetings to thoroughly understand their needs and assess effectiveness of talent process and implementation
• Creates an exceptional interview experiences for our candidates
• Documents and manages recruitment of assigned requisition load in ATS and/or spreadsheets
• Collaborates cross-functionally to improve the overall talent strategy execution via internal trainings, process improvement, and other innovative solutions
• Provides mentorship to more junior recruiters
