Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Recap & Content Specialist to review, edit, and finalize event recap submissions from brand ambassadors. This role ensures that event summaries are accurate, complete, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate has exceptional editing and reading comprehension skills, thrives working independently, and can manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review event and demo recap submissions from brand ambassadors for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
· Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and formatting consistency.
· Identify missing or incorrect information and follow up with brand ambassadors to resolve discrepancies.
· Compile and produce cumulative event reports based on collected recaps.
· Prioritize and manage multiple recap reviews and reporting deadlines.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recap data supports client reporting needs.
· Maintain organized records of recap submissions and communications.
Qualifications:
· Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
· Proficient reading comprehension and ability to interpret event details accurately.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
· Comfortable following up with team members to obtain missing information.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
· Prior experience in content review, quality assurance, or reporting preferred.
Work Environment & Schedule:
· Part-time position (20-30 hours per week).
· Flexible scheduling; deadlines and reporting cycles will determine work flow.
· Can be performed remotely; hybrid option available if local.
Compensation:
· $20 - $25/hr. Hourly rate based on experience.
