At Print Renegades , we’re a Los Angeles–based screen printing company passionate about bringing our clients’ visions to life with precision, speed, and exceptional quality. We’re looking for a skilled Production Screen Printer with proven experience in commercial apparel printing.
This is not an entry-level or training position —we’re seeking someone who can confidently handle production-level workloads, collaborate with our team, and uphold the craftsmanship that defines our shop. Qualified candidates will first complete a short Zoom interview prior to an in-person interview.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain manual screen printing presses with expert precision and efficiency (experience with ROQ, M&R, Riley Hopkins, or Anatol equipment preferred).
Set up, register, and execute multi-color prints while minimizing spoilage and ensuring consistent quality.
Collaborate closely with the production team to meet tight deadlines and deliver superior results.
Participate in all stages of production including pre-press setup, screen coating, burning, ink mixing, and quality control.
Communicate clearly with team members and management to ensure a smooth production flow.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of full-time professional screen printing experience in a commercial production environment.
Strong working knowledge of manual press operation; automatic press experience is a plus but not required.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining high quality standards.
Keen attention to detail, color accuracy, and design alignment.
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and flexibility to assist across different areas of production when needed.

A portfolio is not required. We value technical skill, production speed, and consistent quality over artistic samples. Applicants without verified, professional screen printing experience will not be considered.
