Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Payroll Specialist to support our Accounting functions. The Payroll Specialist will handle various payroll tasks, including payroll processing, compliance management, accounting, and employee inquiries.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years progressive payroll experience with a broad understanding of payroll functions.
• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing, accounting, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing and Management: Oversee bi-monthly payroll processing through HRIS Systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance with laws, and proper contract information setup.
• Timesheet and Reconciliation: Verify timesheet coding for compliance and review and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Employee Support and Reporting: Offer customer service for payroll inquiries, maintain accurate payroll records and reports, including tax filings.
• System Management: Maintain and update payroll and accounting systems and software, ensuring data integrity and security.
