GlobX Parcel Logistics LLC has immediate openings for Delivery Associates in the San Jose area.

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $25 / Hour based on experience

Basic eligibility requirements:

• No delivery experience required
• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to legally work in the U.S.
• Valid/Current California Driver License
• Must consent to pre-employment verification process
• Able to get in and out of a sprinter van, Step van, carry packages, occasionally up and down stairs throughout the shift
• Must be able to work weekends, assigned shifts, and alternate days
• Must be able to speak and read English fluently, follow directions
• Be comfortable with technology: Mobile phone devices, GPS, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities: What you will be doing

• Safely operate company-provided vehicle
• Perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Strictly adhere to predetermined routes, schedules, and local traffic laws to ensure safe and efficient delivery
• Load packages at the warehouse and unload/deliver packages at the delivery destination
• Timely report all issues to dispatcher
• Use Handheld GPS devices for routes and driving directions, customer instructions, delivery confirmation, work schedule clocking, package scanning and photos.
• Help out other drivers on the team when needed (rescue)
• Follow and comply with all required processes at all times
