Position: Oracle Cloud S&OP Consultant / Analyst Location: Bay Area, California (Onsite Only, Local candidates preferred) Type: Long Term Responsibilities: Implement and configure Oracle Fusion S&OP solutions to support integrated business planning processes. Collaborate with key business stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and sales functions to gather requirements and drive planning process improvements. Optimize integration between demand and supply planning, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Analyze historical data and trends to improve forecast accuracy and develop robust scenario modeling. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics reports within Oracle Cloud. Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to promote effective system adoption. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to planning and forecasting systems. Assist in data migration, integration with other Oracle modules (e.g., Inventory, Procurement), and system performance tuning. Stay informed on the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud releases and best practices in S&OP and supply chain planning. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, with strong expertise in S&OP, Demand Management, and Supply Planning modules. Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle Oracle S&OP implementations. Strong understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning principles, and inventory optimization. Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion Planning Central, Demand Management, and Supply Planning. Familiarity with data modeling, analytics, and reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Oracle reporting tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Oracle integrations including FBDI, ADFDI, REST/SOAP APIs is a plus. Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning certification is preferred.
