\n Quad is currently seeking a Second Press Operator to work in the West Allis, Wisconsin plant. It is the job of the 2nd Press Operator to assist in performing functions to support the operation of printing presses in the following areas: set up, color quality, makes color adjustments, ensures printed quality conforms to customer specification, performs basic maintenance and repairs on press, and may assist in training employees and giving general direction to employees assigned to a specific press. Additionally, the 2nd Press Operator is responsible for providing performance feedback to Lead Press Operators and supervisors on corresponding crew members and prepares departmental reports.\n
