Job Description

Fulltime opportunity for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Nephrology.

Requirements:
* Board Certified
* GA license; active and in good standing
* Experience in nephrology, dialysis, or acute care settings preferred.
* Open to new graduates; must be within a year or less post Master's completion

Duties:
* Diagnose and treat patients in clinic
* Round on patient in community dialysis facilities and local hospitals
* Locations include Rome (primary office), Cedartown and Summerville, GA.
* Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Role and locations will vary during week/month offering variety in work and patients served.
