Lobby Bar Server Assistant (On-Call) Join our AAA Five Diamond property in Central Florida! We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our vibrant and active restaurant, the Lobby Bar, who has 12 years of Food & Beverage experience. The Lobby Bar is the perfect place to meet for drinks, imaginative appetizers and sweet specialties from our pastry chef. Responsibilities: Assist the server in providing an expertly served dining experience Clear and reset tables according to standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line Deliver food to the correct tables and seat numbers while giving an accurate and appealing food description Communicate fluidly with the restaurant chef Minimum Qualifications: Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday evening availability is preferred Strong food knowledge Possess strong communication skills Ability to multi-task A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
