We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals in the Bloomington area who are looking for a long-term career home where they can grow and develop their skills. Key Responsibilities: * Process tax payments and title assignments * Register vehicles and complete dealer trade paperwork * Reconcile monthly statements and accounting entries * Stock in new and used vehicles * Prepare paperwork for out-of-state sales * Cross-train to support various office functions * Assist with special projects as assigned by the Office Manager * Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, stocking supplies, and maintaining organization Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of automotive titling experience * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Professional appearance and demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude * Comfortable speaking on the phone and resolving customer inquiries * Strong multitasking skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Punctual, reliable, and committed to a strong work ethic * General dealership knowledge required * Experience with dealership systems including CDK, CVR, ATC, Dealertrack, and Microsoft Office * Preferred: Familiarity with McDavid products and Illinois dealership compliance What We Offer: * Competitive starting pay * Comprehensive training with a seasoned mentor * Growth opportunities across 10 dealerships – we promote from within! * Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability * 401(k) plan * Free life insurance * Paid time off * Exclusive discounts with local businesses Additional Requirements: Applicants must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
