We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and drive a variety of technology projects. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, business analysis capabilities, and technical support knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and progress documentation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and translate requirements into actionable project deliverables.

• Facilitate workshops and process mapping sessions to align teams on goals and solutions.

• Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system implementations and upgrades.

• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.

• Contribute to IT strategy by identifying opportunities for system and process improvements.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

• Support IT infrastructure projects as needed to align with organizational objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management or business analysis.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Atlassian Jira.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and process improvement methodologies.
• Agile or hybrid project management experience is highly desirable.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
