Full-Time Cashier – Family-Owned Gas Station (Wilson, NC)

We’re a small, family-owned gas station in Bailey, NC, and we’re looking for a dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Cashier . This is more than just a cashiering position – we’re looking for someone who’s ready to go above and beyond to help us serve our community and keep our store running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
Operate the cash register, handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and provide accurate change
Keep the store clean and presentable at all times (including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal)
Ensure shelves and coolers are fully stocked and organized
Perform regular checks to maintain cleanliness and order inside and outside the store
Open or close the store as needed
Be ready to work extra hours when needed (dependability is a must)
Requirements:
Someone who is reliable , trustworthy, and punctual
A self-starter who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Ability to work full-time and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Retail or cashier experience is a plus, but not required – we’re happy to train the right person
