Customer Success Advocate (Remote – Commission Only)

LifePro Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and results-oriented Customer Success Advocate to join our fully remote team. This 1099 commission-only role is ideal for individuals who thrive on helping others succeed, building trust, and guiding clients through a smooth and supportive life insurance process.
You’ll work with warm, inbound leads —no cold calling—offering expert guidance and long-term support as clients secure financial protection for their families.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the trusted advisor for prospective and active clients
Understand client needs and present the best-fit life insurance options
Guide clients through the application, approval, and onboarding process
Ensure clear, timely communication and an exceptional customer journey
Track all interactions, updates, and tasks using our CRM system
100% remote – work from anywhere in the U.S.
Flexible hours – full-time or part-time
Inbound, pre-qualified leads provided – no cold outreach
Step-by-step training and one-on-one mentorship
Proven tools and systems to simplify your workflow
Uncapped commission – earnings directly tied to your performance
Growth opportunities in client success, leadership, or training roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Background in customer success, service, or consultative sales preferred
Client-focused, organized, and responsive
Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain – we assist)
Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Compensation:
This is a 1099 commission-only position. Customer Success Advocates typically earn $3,000–$7,000/month, with top performers exceeding $10,000/month.
