Avesta Housing is seeking a kind, responsible and dedicated Resident Assistant/Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to care for our residents at our 37-bed assisted living residence, Inn at Village Square . Come join us!

What We're Looking for in an Employee:

• Commitment to quality services and treating residents with dignity and respect.
• Thorough understanding of the aging process.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others and portray a positive, team-player attitude.

• Experience working with older adults in a personal care environment.
• Current PSS and CRMA certification.
• Ability to meet facility and state immunization requirements.

We have part-time and per-diem positions available working 2nd shift. This position is fully on site at our assisted living facility in Gorham, Maine. 

This is a non-exempt/hourly position that pays $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
