Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Business Process Analyst for an immediate opening. Job Title: Business Process Analyst – Advisory Operations Employment Type: Full-time (Contract) Contract Duration: 6 + Months Location: St Louis, MO / Charlotte,NC (3 Days onsite/ 2 days remote ) Position Description : Forms Matrix Development Analyze advisory-related events (e.g., account openings, allocation changes, blend switches). Develop a comprehensive matrix to map required forms by client type and scenario. Ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and reduce document volume. Forms Request & Intake Process OptimizationAssess the current intake and request workflows across various teams. Design and document an end-to-end process for form creation and modification. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure process transparency and consistency. Recommend tools or frameworks to support ongoing process governance. Legacy Process Analysis & ModernizationConduct an in-depth analysis of existing legacy processes related to forms management. Document current-state vs. future-state processes ("as-is" vs. "to-be"). Lead modernization efforts to align with best practices and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications :Proven experience in process design, documentation, and optimization. Solid understanding of business process usage in customer communications. Skilled in translating complex requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Experience bridging business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment. Background in operations, compliance, or business analysis. Experience with workflow tools or form/document management systems. Knowledge of advisory services and client documentation practices.
