Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced training in data science and related fields, along with hands-on experience analyzing complex data to drive business strategy and decision-making. This role will focus on designing, developing, and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance operational performance, support executive reporting, and optimize business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design and develop business intelligence dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Build and maintain data models, pipelines, and analytical solutions to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide recommendations based on quantitative analysis to improve business processes and performance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.

Requirements

• Education: Masters degree in Information and Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $100,000 - $140,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
