Join a leading financial institution as a *Floating MSR I*, providing exceptional member service while traveling between multiple branch locations. This role offers variety, professional growth, and the chance to work with diverse teams across Richmond, Midlothian, and Colonial Heights.
*What You'll Do*
* Travel between assigned branches to provide teller and platform banking support.
* Assist members with accounts, loans, credit cards, and other financial products.
* Resolve account issues and ensure accurate cash handling.
* Promote products and services to meet member needs.
* Support branch operations, including vault and ATM procedures.
*What We're Looking For*
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly to different branch environments.
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations.
* Availability: *Mon-Fri 8:15 am-5:30 pm, Sat 8:15 am-2:00 pm*.

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
