Assistant Lead Supervisor

A day in the life: Support your team and bakery operations while creating joy for guests. Throughout your shift, you'll:

• Guide team members to deliver exceptional service
• Ensure quality standards in cake production
• Support daily operations and special orders
• Help maintain a positive work environment
• Assist with administrative duties and reporting
• Partner with management on business goals

What you bring to the table:

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail or food service
• High school diploma/GED (post-secondary education a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic business math and computer proficiency
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Food safety certification (or within 30 days)
• Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Physical requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to move throughout the bakery
