ResponsibilitiesSell Insurance: You'll focus on building your book of business by selling a variety of insurance products, including home, auto, and life insurance.
Develop Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and referral partners to generate leads and drive sales.
Leverage Social Media: Utilize social media platforms to expand your reach and connect with potential clients.
Be comfortable on camera: You will also be asked to be on the agency owner's personal social media for marketing events, skits, etc.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest insurance products and industry trends to provide expert advice to your clients.

RequirementsThe Ideal Candidate:

Self-starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently.
Coachable: Eager to learn and grow within the agency.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using technology and social media platforms.
