IDR is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join one of our top clients in Santa Monica, CA . • Provide administrative support to the EVP and SVP of A&R, including scheduling and coordination of tasks.

• Conduct A&R research, generate reports, and maintain documents/databases.

• Assist with audio & video archive research, asset digitization, and review.

• Collaborate with A&R Producers to initiate projects through new release notifications.

• Coordinate streaming playlist creation and maintenance.

• Assist with weekly video release schedule tasks.

• Manage departmental workflows, including test pressing shipping & approvals, tape transfers, and the movement/uploading of assets.

• This is a 3-month contract with potential for extensions.

• Minimum of 3 years of solid Executive Assistant experience supporting high-level executives, preferably within the entertainment industry.

• Proficiency in MS-Office: Outlook, Word & Excel, familiarity with PowerPoint + Canva.

• Excellent typing skills (60 wpm) and strong computer organization and administration skills.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, establish administrative procedures, and work under pressure.

• Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-through.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
