Type : Contract, W2 only

Duration : 12 months

Location : Remote (Occasional onsite presence in Sacramento, CA may be required)

Pay : $60/hr-$70/hr, DOE

Responsibilities:

• Work with the state team and undertake duties as an expert level Drupal developer and solutions architect.
• Be responsible for implementing changes, enhancements, fixes, and new functionality, including maintaining and improving the accessibility of the website.
• Lead efforts to migrate custom web applications into Drupal, including documenting solutions and ensuring seamless integration. The work will also include deployment support in the form of code review, code merges, and code deployment.
• Assist in maturing the versioning and deployment process utilizing GitHub and Acquia pipelines. The role encompasses supporting and performing Drupal and Acquia core, module, and security updates/releases, utilizing a collaborative peer programming and support model.
• Provide regular progress updates, proactively address challenges, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and accessible solutions.

Qualifications:

• Three (3) years or more of Acquia Cloud Platform experience within the last 5 years
• In the last three (3) years, experience migrating from a non-Drupal based CMS to Aquia Cloud Platform
• Five (5) years or more of Drupal CMS experience
